My interaction with Adams went very well. The technicians who dealt with me were quite courteous. They did a cooling system flush, oil change, and safety check for me, and they did a courtesy car wash to boot. I needed a shuttle, and Lalo was a pleasure to ride with.I would recommend them anytime.

Always professional and prompt and no waiting around the lobby. The service is always top notch and usually quite a short period of time and using the shuttle service is a big plus. Quick, open, honest.

I am so thankful and impressed by Adams Mechanic Shop in Memorial, especially their sales gentleman, Eddie. I own an Infinity and always take it to the dealer, I knew it is premium but I felt that the truck was well taken care of. Until recently, I started feeling that maybe I wasn't treated very honestly at the dealer. A few days ago my truck luggage rack got jammed in a parking garage and I ran to Adams' mechanic instead, Eddie was the attendant that day, he helped me dismantle the broken piece, it took him a few minutes and didn't want to charge me for the removal. Then the driver's visor just broke off, same thing, the dealer was charging me a ridiculous amount just to do a 5/10 minute unscrew and screw back up... so I went back to Adams and Eddie helped me again. This were just small things, but was definitely impressed by their customer care and integrity. He didn't charge me in either situation, even when I asked him to. Even though they were such small jobs, I value INTEGRITY so much!! They do work with luxury cars and have an array of mechanics. Rest assure I felt grateful to find an honest place in a world where sometimes others just want to take advantage. Adams mechanic also has a good solid employee in Eddie. Highly recommend them. Gris

It is so hard to find an auto repair place you can trust. Eddie and the staff over at Adams are thorough, professional, attentive and most importantly trustworthy! I highly recommend this place especially if you have an expensive German car lol.

Great service as always, the team went above and beyond to communicate clearly, give me all options, and complete the work in the time needed. Car was also sparkling when I got it back, which is a plus! Trust is always most important when dealing with a repair shop and I'm glad I can completely trust the team at Adams Automotive every time.

Very expensive but it's worth it knowing that the repairs were done right!
