The stores offered fantastic service. I went in with a problem, I had accidentally broken a knob on my ac/heat system. I worked fine before I broke the knob. They found the part at the dealer's and installed it at a reasonable price. They did not try to bs me that it could be a much bigger problem. I also took my truck to Louetta Automotive to get their opinion before I spent the money. They told me that the entire "unit" had to be replaced, that since my truck was a 1996 these parts aren't even made anymore and that it would take the manager there at LA 2 - 3 days to find one at a junkyard. It still was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. So I took it from that shop and brought it right back to ADams, and Adams only replaced what was needed (the whole system had been done only 2 years beore) and charged me for labor so it was approx. $150.00. I am going to certainly tell anyone I know about Adams and how honest they were.
