Been getting my car services and maintenance done at my dealership. Got a coupon from them and they were across the street from my house. So decided to try them out for oil change and check tire pressure sign that was on. Tire rotation is generally included with my oil change at the dealership. But it wasn't in theirs. They agreed to get it done though. However, despite the coupon their prices was above my dealership price. So they decide to match it to earn my business which I appreciate cuz my dealership is 22min away and they are 3 min away. I dropped my Car at 7Am in the morning on Wednesday for those 3 stuffs to be done. At 1:30pm my car wasn't ready and tire pressure not addressed. All they were busy about was running test for potential repairs and recommendations (which is understandable and it is great for business if I get them done right away). But my main concerns were not addressed all. Yet they kept my car all this time. And even at 1:30pm it wasn't ready. I just decided to show up to pick up my car. If you guys are busy that day is easy to say so and we go from there. Instead of excuses about stuffs being checked on my car for hours. Stuffs that I didn't ask for. before dropping it that morning, i let the guy know that im getting it done to drive to Austin for thanksgiving. So i had to take my car without getting washed. Plus in the end, what im being charged on is not my dealership price like we agreed on, but it is my dealership price + disposal fees. So overall really not happy with my experience there. 7hours with someone's car for simple issues. Tire pressure oil change and tire rotation and yet still not getting them all done. Something like that would have never happened with my dealership or if it were to happen, I'd have had a loaners car to use. Anyway, the good side of all this is that I learned to appreciate the service of my dealership. Looking for potential cheaper options is not always cheaper. I gained a lot in stress and expectations not being met. However, I have to give a shout out to Joe. He really does master sales tools and customer service. (I've worked in customer service before and still working closely with the sales department in my current role, so take it from me, he has that "sweet tongue" and very professional and good at building relationships with customers apparently). this place might be great for some people it just doesn't work for me. 7 hours to look at car is definitely not for me? Tell me the truth next time. "You are busy that day and then we work out what is urgent to look at and what is not and most importantly, address the issues the car came in for first. Thank you guys for the experience though. I learned a valued lesson in life. ******(UPDATE) ******** Went back for state inspection after receiving a call from one manager regarding my experience. One thing is sure, they care about their customers. Very customer service oriented place. Guess my last visit was an unfortunate situation. Anyway, was happy with the smooth transaction I experienced this time around
We appreciate your honest review of our service we’ve had a meeting about it and will strive to do better in the future thank you so much and we look forward to serving you again
